Levetiracetam and Autism

Levetiracetam is a type of anticonvulsant medication sold under under the brand name Keppra.

It s used to to prevent or reduce the severity of seizures.

Some people believe that levetiracetam can also be used to reduce some of the core symptoms of autism, such as social and communication difficulties and repetitive, compulsive behaviour.
