Tianeptine is a type of selective serotonin reuptake enhancer, sold under a variety of brand names including Stablon, Coaxil, and Tatinol.

It is used to treat depression and anxiety.

Tianeptine is sometimes used to treat people on the autism spectrum who have mental health problems.

It may also be used to treat people on the autism spectrum who have other problems, such as repetitive behaviours or social deficits.
