Police handcuff a 12-year-old autistic boy for fighting with his brother at school
Police handcuffed an autistic 12-year-old for fighting with his brother at school.
Colin Gow was throwing a drinks bottle at his brother Keiran, 13, who is also autistic, when officers were called.
Police said they handcuffed him to 'protect the boy' and 'staff and officers'.
