Asda launches game to make it easier for children with autism to help out with the shopping
When you’ve got autism, everyday things can feel incredibly overwhelming.
Loud noises, bright lights, and crowds can lead to intense distress, which makes activities as simple as going to the shops or sitting in a waiting room difficult.
To help shoppers with autism, many supermarkets and department stores have trialed quiet hours, with dimmed lights and no music to make things a little easier.
Now, Asda’s launched another initiative to help children with autism pop along to the shops with their parents.
