The Research Autism Website

This website is owned and run by Research Autism, the only UK charity exclusively dedicated to research into interventions in autism.

It is aimed at anyone with an interest in autism, including people with autism, parents and carers, service providers and policy makers.

Because autism covers such a wide spectrum of conditions, and because each person with on that spectrum is different from every other person on the spectrum, it is likely that some parts of this site will be more relevant to you than other parts of the site.

If you cannot find what you are looking for please let us know by using our Contact Form and we will try to help.

Purpose

This site has been designed to provide you with information about the work of Research Autism and about interventions used to help people with autism – including Asperger syndrome, autistic disorder, childhood disintegrative disorder and pervasive developmental disorder – not otherwise specified.

It has also been designed to act as a gateway to some of the other resources on autism, both here in the UK and overseas.
